TLW Property Developments was founded in 1999 by Tom Wright, a former Leeds College of Building tutor with a passion for quality construction and customer service.
Starting with small renovation projects in Yeadon and Horsforth, we quickly built a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and fair pricing.

As demand grew, we expanded our team with carefully selected tradesmen, all holding relevant NVQ qualifications and CSCS certification. This commitment to qualification and training remains central to our approach.
